Sootys Choppers are committed to providing customers with the highest quality products and service. IF, FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU DECIDE TO RETURN GOODS THAT HAVE BEEN CORRECTLY SUPPLIED BY US, THESE GOODS MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN ORIGINAL CONDITION BY YOU & AT YOUR COST, WITH A PHOTOCOPY OF OUR ORIGINAL INVOICE INCLUDED AND AN EXPLANATION FOR THE RETURN. Whereupon a credit to the value of the goods only, less a 20% re-stocking charge, will be issued. If on the rare occasion, products are found to be faulty or defective, Sooty's Choppers offers a "no charge" collection, repair and re-delivery service. If we have arranged for a courier collection of your product, we are unable to specify the collection time, and it is your responsibility to ensure that someone will be present when the courier arrives at the collection address. Should Sooty's Choppers have incorrectly supplied goods against your order we will offer a full refund including carriage costs to the customer.

SI POR CUALQUIER RAZ�N DECIDE VOLVERNOS PRODUCTOS QUE CORRESPONDEN CORRECTAMENTE A SU PEDIDO Y ADEM�S ENCARGADOS DE MANERA SATISFECHA, VD DEBE DEVOLVERLOS EN MISMA CONDICI�N QUE ENTREGADOS CON LOS GASTOS DE DEVOLVER RESPONSABILIDAD DE VD, ACOMPA�ADOS DE FOTOCOPIA DE NUESTRA FACTURA ORIGINAL Y ACLARACI�N DE POR QU� LA DEVOLUCI�N. Al recibirlos, le daremos una devoluci�n s�lo de valor de los productos, menos 20% para reponerlos en estoc. No obstante, si raramente pase que los productos sean defectivos, o no funcionen, Sooty's Choppers ofrece recoger, reparar y reencargar. Si hemos organizado que un repartidor recoja su producto, no podemos informarle de la hora exacta y la responsabilidad es suya asegurar que alguien est�, cuando llegue el repartidor a la direcci�n dada. En caso de que Sooty's Choppers hubiera enviado productos incorrectos seg�n su pedido, le ofreceremos devolverle los gastos completos, incluso los de entregar y de recoger.
Any goods that have been ordered in or manufactured specially against your instruction are unlikely to be accepted for credit. In the event that we do accept these goods for return a handling charge of 20% will apply and possibly carriage charges to cover the cost of return to our source of supply.
Es improbable que le ofrezcamos devoluci�n en caso de cualquier producto fabricado espec�ficamente para Vd bajo sus instrucciones. Si estemos de acuerdo con la devoluci�n de tan producto, se cobra 20% y adem�s hay posibilidad de gastos de recogerlo y llevarlo al sitio de origen.
